ChM Trauma

Locked Plates

Versatile plates for a wide range of trauma applications, providing angular stability and controlled fixation for complex fractures.

Straight Locking Plates System

The Straight Locking Plates System by ChM offers a comprehensive solution for the fixation of fractures in long bones such as the femur, tibia, and humerus. These plates are made of titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ELI), ensuring optimal biocompatibility, strength, and resistance to corrosion. The system includes plates in various configurations, including 5.0ChLP, 7.0ChLP, and 4.5ChLP designs, allowing for a wide range of surgical indications.

The plates are designed with round and oval holes for locking screws and cortical screws, providing angular stability and multi-directional fixation. The plates are pre-contoured for an anatomical fit, with a low-profile design to reduce soft tissue irritation.

Compatible screws include locking screws (variable-angle or standard) and cortical screws, available in different diameters and lengths. A complete instrument set is available for guided drilling, plate positioning, and fixation.

Locking Plates

Locking plates are advanced orthopedic implants designed for stable fixation of bone fractures. They integrate anatomical design, precise fit, and high-strength locking mechanisms, ensuring secure stabilization even in complex fractures or osteoporotic bone.
These plates come in various configurations, including straight plates, L-plates, T-plates, reconstruction plates, and anatomically shaped plates for specific anatomical regions (e.g., distal radius, distal humerus, distal femur, tibia, clavicle, etc.).
Locking plates are manufactured from high-grade titanium alloys, ensuring biocompatibility, reduced weight, and high mechanical strength.

Low-profile design minimizes soft tissue irritation
Angular stability through locking screws

Multiple shapes and sizes for tailored fixation

Compatible with minimally invasive surgical techniques

Comprehensive instrumentation sets available for precise application

Locking plates are essential in trauma and reconstructive surgery, offering surgeons versatile solutions for complex bone stabilization needs.

Distal Radius Locking Plates

4.0ChLP

Distal Radius Locking Plates are anatomically contoured implants designed for the precise stabilization of distal radius fractures. Their innovative design ensures angular stability through the use of locking screws, supports optimal fixation of articular surfaces, and allows for stable fixation of radial styloid with two lateral screws. The plates feature K-wire holes for temporary fixation, an elongated hole for precise positioning, and undercuts for limited bone contact to preserve blood supply.

Locking Plates System

5.0ChLP

The 5.0ChLP Locking Plates System is a versatile solution for stabilizing complex fractures, non-unions, osteotomies, and malunions in bones such as the clavicle, humerus, radius, tibia, and fibula. These plates combine the advantages of locking screws technology with conventional plate fixation, offering angular stability, compression capabilities, and anatomical design for optimized surgical outcomes. They are manufactured in high-quality titanium alloy and are available in various anatomical shapes and sizes, including options for the clavicle, humerus, radius, distal tibia, and more.

Locking Plates System

7.0ChLP

The 7.0ChLP Locking Plates System is a high-strength fixation solution designed for stabilizing fractures of large bones, such as the femur and tibia. These plates enable precise anatomical contouring, optimal angular stability, and secure fixation using locking screws. The system supports stable fixation in complex fractures, osteotomies, non-unions, and malunions. Manufactured from titanium alloy, the plates combine locking and conventional screw fixation, minimizing bone-plate contact to preserve vascularity and enhance healing outcomes.

Straight Locking Plate

7.0ChLP

The 7.0ChLP Straight Locking Plate is a titanium plate designed for the treatment of long bone shaft fractures such as femur and tibia. It enables stable fixation using 7.0ChLP locking screws, providing angular stability and compression capabilities. The plate allows for limited contact with the bone, reducing disruption of blood supply to peri-implant tissues. It is part of the ChLP system and is compatible with a dedicated instrument set for precise surgical application.

Variable Angle Locking Screws

(VA Locking Screws)

Variable Angle Locking Screws provide stable fixation in orthopedic surgeries, allowing precise screw angulation up to ±15° within a 30° angulation cone. The screws are compatible with all ChM locking plates and can be used interchangeably with standard locking screws. Their cobalt alloy construction enhances screw-plate connection strength and eliminates the risk of cold welding. The screws feature a Torx drive for secure self-retention, optimized thread profile for increased pullout resistance, and sharp self-tapping flutes for easy insertion. The rounded head edge and blunt tip reduce soft-tissue irritation, ensuring a smooth surgical procedure.
