ChM Trauma

Radial Head Prosthesis

Prosthetic implants designed for the replacement of the radial head, restoring joint function and stability after trauma or degenerative damage.

Radial Head Prosthesis

Prosthesis

The Radial Head Prosthesis is designed for the treatment of fractures or joint pathologies affecting the radial head. It consists of a modular system with solid or modular heads, titanium stems, and optional angular stems for tailored anatomical fit. The prosthesis supports joint restoration by providing stable articulation and allows for selection of components according to diameter (Ø) and height (H) requirements. The system also includes a dedicated instrument set for precise implantation. Manufactured according to ISO 5832 standards.

Radial Head Prosthesis (ST/20E)

Prosthesis

The Radial Head Prosthesis (ST/20E) is a bipolar implant designed for the treatment of complex radial head fractures, particularly when stable osteosynthesis is not possible. It allows 30° of motion (±15° tilt) between the stem and the head, mimicking natural joint kinematics. Manufactured from cobalt alloy, UHMWPE polyethylene, and PEEK OPTIMA®, the prosthesis ensures high strength, wear resistance, and biocompatibility. The system includes solid and modular heads in various diameters (Ø20, Ø22, Ø24 mm) and heights (10, 12, 14 mm), along with straight or angular stems for reconstructive applications. The dedicated instrument set enables precise surgical implantation.
