HEPI Plate System

5.0ChLP System

The 5.0ChLP HEPI Plate System is designed for guided growth in the treatment of angular deformities in pediatric patients with active epiphyseal plates. The plates are anatomically contoured, non-locking, and compatible with 3.5mm cortical self-tapping screws. They feature dedicated Kirschner wire holes for temporary fixation, a beveled profile to minimize soft tissue irritation, and a gold-anodized finish for easy identification. The system includes plates of various lengths and dedicated instruments for precise, minimally invasive placement.

7.0ChLP System

The 7.0ChLP HEPI Plate System is designed for guided growth in the correction of angular deformities of long bones in pediatric patients. The system includes locking and non-locking plates, available in two-hole and four-hole configurations. The plates are anatomically contoured, feature dedicated Kirschner wire holes for temporary fixation, beveled profiles for reduced soft tissue irritation, and a locking mechanism with a blue anodized finish for easy identification. Compatible with 7.0ChLP self-tapping screws (5.0 mm) and 4.5 mm cortical screws. The system allows multi-directional locking screw positioning for optimal stability.
